The covered arena is Es Fangar’s verified large-format venue. Its final capacity depends on stage, production, catering, circulation and safety plans; the published figures are therefore maximum planning parameters, not automatic room guarantees. For all other estate spaces, the project team confirms capacity, access, power, acoustics, weather contingencies and supplier requirements in the proposal.

Can Es Fangar host a large corporate event?+
The covered 80 × 40-metre arena can accommodate up to 500 seated guests or 1,000 guests in reception format, subject to an approved layout, production and safety plan.
Can teams stay on the estate?+
Three residences hold Balearic holiday-rental licences, and the Main House contains five separate suites. The exact accommodation plan is confirmed with availability and the agreed estate programme.
Is exclusive use possible?+
Private buy-out programmes can be considered. The proposal defines which residences, venues and estate areas are included and how the property will operate during the stay.
Can the winery be included?+
Bodega-led elements may be considered subject to the confirmed brief and winery availability. No tasting, access area or service is assumed until it appears in the proposal.
Do published capacities apply to every event?+
No. Only the covered-arena maximums are published. Final capacities depend on layout, production, catering, access and safety requirements.
How do we begin?+
Send the event purpose, dates, attendance, accommodation needs and production outline through the corporate RFP. Isle of Mallorca will coordinate the next planning step.
