Scope
These conditions govern bookings made on esfangar.com for villa stays, S/Y Reesle outings, cellar tastings, experiences, and wine orders. By confirming any booking or order you accept these conditions.
Bookings, deposits and payment
Villa reservations require a 30% deposit at confirmation; the balance is charged 30 days before arrival or, for last-minute bookings, at the time of confirmation. Private cellar tastings and experiences are 100% prepaid. Winery orders are 100% prepaid before shipping. All payments are processed by CentralPay; invoices are issued by Es Fangar Collection with a Spanish NIF.
City tax and services
Stays include cleaning, linens, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and Estate Manager service. The Balearic Sustainable Tourist Tax is invoiced separately as required by law. Add-ons (private chef, sommelier, transfers, riding, yoga) are billed at catalogue rates and confirmed in the quote.
Conduct and damages
The estate is a residential and rural environment. Guests must respect neighbours, the equestrian centre’s animals, and the vineyards and olive groves. Smoking inside villas and flying drones without written authorisation are prohibited. Accidental damage is managed via a refundable security deposit confirmed in the quote.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to consumer-protection forum rules. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
