Three villas carry a Balearic tourist-rental licence and book directly; the remaining three houses are arranged exclusively for invited guests through the Estate Manager. An exclusive retreat offering absolute privacy within Es Fangar's 1,000-hectare private nature reserve, set amidst certified organic vineyards. The villa is secluded from public view, not visible from the road or the estate's communal areas, and is designed for guests who value discretion, tranquillity, and a sophisticated lifestyle. The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are conceived as junior suites, each with a private sitting area. Two of the three bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs. Expansive landscaped gardens, a heated infinity pool, a wraparound terrace, shaded verandas, and outdoor lounge areas create an idyllic setting for al fresco living. Guests also have access to the estate's private tennis court, reachable by car from the villa. The organic wines cultivated on the property can be sampled and purchased at the Es Fangar Vins winery. Beyond the main entrance to the estate, a private internal road of approximately 1.5 km leads to the villa. The estate manager will personally welcome you upon arrival and provide a guided introduction to the accessible areas of the estate. A 24-hour concierge service is available. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace, sun loungers, and a meticulously maintained garden with perimeter fencing. Guests are welcome to use the estate's private tennis court, accessible by car from the house. The organic wines of Es Fangar Vins can be sampled and purchased at the adjacent winery, one of Mallorca's most modern, by appointment arranged through the estate manager.
