Harvest Experience

A morning among vineyards, wine and Mallorcan gastronomy

An immersive, hands-on experience directly on the finca and in the vineyards of Es Fangar, where guests take part in the grape harvest while discovering the land, the varieties and the work behind each vintage.

Welcome on the finca

Guests arrive at the finca, where they will be welcomed with a glass of rosé and a short introduction to Es Fangar, the estate and the harvest experience.

Hands-on harvest experience

We head into the vineyards for a guided grape harvest experience. Guests will learn about the harvest process, the grape varieties and how the fruit is selected, while having the opportunity to harvest grapes themselves. Guests take home the grapes they harvest as a memory of the experience.

Guided wine tasting & tapas

Following the harvest, we continue the experience on the finca with a guided tasting of 4 Es Fangar wines, accompanied by a selection of tapas. The tasting connects the vineyard experience with the finished wines.

Paella & relaxed finish

The main experience concludes with paella, wine and time to relax and enjoy the surroundings of the finca, finishing at approximately 14:30.

🏛️ Optional add-on

Optional add-on — Bodega & winemaking experience

For guests who would like to continue the experience, we offer an optional visit to the Es Fangar bodega. After the event on the finca, guests are taken to the bodega for a guided visit of the facilities and an introduction to the winemaking process, following the journey of the grapes from vineyard to bodega.
