A seated ninety-minute tasting in the Bóveda hall, beneath its crystal-bottle ceiling. We compare five vertical vintages of Finca Libre — from the inaugural harvest to the current — alongside Balearic cheeses, estate olive oil, and fresh-baked bread. Limited to twelve seats.
