<p>Es Fangar is not a hotel. It is a private estate in south-east Mallorca, just outside Felanitx, comprising over 1,000,000 m² of land and more than 8,000 m² of buildings. Bodega Es Fangar, inaugurated in 2016, spans 7,300 m² across four levels. The equestrian facilities include an Olympic-spec indoor arena, an international-level outdoor dressage arena, a 380-metre race track, and stables for approximately 200 horses.</p><p>This journal is an open field-book where we will share harvest news, equestrian updates, the work of the team, and the calendar of private events.</p>
