The villa offers two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a living room with a stone fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered porch beneath a pergola supported by stone columns. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace, sun loungers, and a meticulously maintained garden with perimeter fencing. Guests are welcome to use the estate's private tennis court, accessible by car from the house. The organic wines of Es Fangar Vins can be sampled and purchased at the adjacent winery, one of Mallorca's most modern, by appointment arranged through the estate manager. Beyond the main entrance to the estate, there is approximately 1.5 km of private internal road. This is one of three guest houses that form part of the estate.
